Enjoy Sunday mornings doing a short loop from the Calgary Sailing Club clubhouse to the new stairs just north of the clubhouse. Enjoy this amazing view while we get the heart pumping and enjoy some fresh air!

We will climb the stairs and run/walk to the clubhouse along the top and then down by the water. This will save the knees, as going down is much harder on them then going up.

Afterwards, we can walk across the street and enjoy a coffee or breakfast!

All levels welcome. Guests are welcomed also! :)
