"Beginner, Good Vibes, Old School Music, Get your Groove on and meet your neighbours

"If you love to shake your groove thing, this is for you. This dance class is just for FUN! Beginner moves, but get ready to sweat and laugh at the same time - and maybe even find your inner BRAVE!

"Anyone ages 16+ are welcome.

"We meet weekly at the new Mustard Seed Hub:29 in Ogden.

"What to wear: Comfy clothes you don't mind sweating and moving in. Runners are preferable for shoes.

"What to bring: a water bottle and towel if you feel you need."
