Heart and Sole Urban Walk 8:50 arrival 9:00 start

Many blisters ago we started these weekly urban walks - now we are chasing the dream, witnessing the fitness and are walking sole mates celebrating our 12th Year!

Come at 8:50 AM and be ready to hike a 4 – 6 mile loop (2 -3 miles in and back) at 9:00 AM sharp.

Bring snack if needed, water and hat and wear comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes. Come hydrated.
