MORNING HIKE AT TYLER STATE PARK

Details

Join us for a 5-mile moderate paced hike at picturesque Tyler State Park.
Meet at 7:45am Hike starts promptly at 8:00am
Meet at the fisherman's parking lot on Almshouse/Newtown-Richboro Road.
We will hike on wooded, meadow and some paved trails. We'll do about 300 ft total elevation. The trail does have sections that can be a bit wet, muddy, and uneven, Wooded trails can be rocky. This is a morning hike so if there is a lot of dew on the grass your feet will get wet. The trails we will be on today are Mill, Red Oak, Nature, Dairy Hill and Dairy Mill trail.
During the hike please don't be afraid to speak up if you need a break. This isn't a long hike, and we have plenty of time for breaks, but I'm known to just keep walking.
Bring sturdy footwear and water. Inclement weather may cancel hike. If doubtful, check the status of the hike on https://amcdv.org/activities/activities-calendar/ the day of the hike or contact the leader.
Location Meet at the fisherman's parking lot on Almshouse/Newtown-Richboro Road. The GPS is 40.224264, -74.965888
