What we’re about

Hi, I am Xeia! I grew up in Singapore and moved here 2 years ago. I work full time in the non profit industry but also run my art therapy practice on the side (@greenhouse.arttherapy)
I host workshops and gatherings with the aim of sharing the power and benefits of creative flow and conversation. If you'd like to give art therapy a try, or if you just want to make some art and meet new people, this space is for you.

We are constantly changing, evolving and constructing who we are depending on our experiences, situations and relationships. Becoming is an art therapy workshop embracing this flowing process of identity.

We will be using OH cards- metaphoric, associative cards as a prompt for conversations, narrative and art making to draw wisdom from our past, practice gratitude for the present and contemplate creative possibilities for the future.

This workshop is for you if you are curious about what art therapy is and can be, if you’re navigating a challenging or confusing period, or if you just want to learn and discover more about yourself.

No art experience required at all, just an open and curious body-mind.
