If you've never been to a women's circle before, let me invite you to indulge your curiosity. There is a wonderful magic that happens when we come together to share experiences, and have permission to simply be ourselves.

Depending on what comes up in the circle on the day, I will guide you through some simple grounding exercises and perspective-shifts that will help you feel more centered, more empowered, and more at peace as you go about your day.
