Join us the first Sunday of each month on zoom.

A growing body of research suggests that mental unwellness doesn't just take a toll on our minds; it affects our physical bodies as well. We need to listen to what our bodies are telling us - and care for them diligently.

Our bodies truly are "keeping score" .....and when we are in situations that for any number of reasons does NOT feel safe to us, our nervous system is reacting to save us & move us to safety. (ie; anxiety, panic, ambiguous stress, etc.)

TRAUMA SENSITIVE MEDITATION activates the brain's natural neuroplasticity by establishing new pathways for connection of mind/body/spirit. Class is based on the work of Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk, Peter Levine & David Treleaven. Learn & familiarize yourself with Grounding, Anchoring, Self- Regulating & Integrating.
