As someone with severe ADHD, I've recently been able to overcome struggles ranging from basic hygiene to staying employed using the Second Brain method.
We will focus on techniques for the following:
- Eliminating digital clutter/hoarding
- Establishing baseline honesty and integrity with ourselves even if we have bad days
- Writing things down instead of relying on our biological brains to remember things
- Prioritizing our time and rewarding ourselves with down time
- and much, much more
I've started this group as a beginner space to learn how to help others so please be patient with me as I figure out the process that works best! I want to adapt to everyone's needs as much as possible.
