What we’re about
We are the Sarasota FL Chapter of the American Singles Golf Association. We're a group of singles who like to play golf. We get together to golf and socialize throughtout the area. The American Singles Golf Association (www.singlesgolf.com) has chapters throughout the United States composed of real people you meet face-to-face and, of course, play golf. Chapters hold general membership meetings once each month and play golf as a group as often as they would like. You are able to attend one social event or a monthly members meeting with us without joining the ASGA, but to play golf in our organization, you must join ASGA. Please go to the ASGA site and join our Sarasota Chapter at http://www.singlesgolf.com/join. Social-only events are also held throughout the year. Meeting others through golf is probably the best way to begin any relationship, business or personal. It allows you the opportunity to see others in an environment where there's no loud music, smoke-filled rooms. And you get to see them at their best and not-so-best. But most importantly, we're all about having FUN! There's nothing like a group of friends getting together on a Saturday afternoon for a great round of golf followed by dinner at a local restaurant. It's just a great way to spend your time. Now is the perfect time to join our singles golf group, as the golf courses are waiting!
We do have a cancellation policy for out golf events. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to an event, you will be restricted from participating in the next event you sign up for. We want as many members as possible to participate. Last minute cancellations prevents that.
