When we connect to our intuition and incorporate scientifically proven techniques to use it in a way that makes sense in our everyday life, our stress levels decrease, and the background of nervous tension we tend to live in begins to fade.

When your stress levels decrease, your mental and physical health increases. My name is Jason, I am a Usui/Kundalini Reiki Master, Coach, Artist, and Guided Meditation Facilitator. My passion for all I do stems from this journey of developing my own intuition!
