Join us for a relaxing and peaceful sound bath. Our community has been through quite a lot these past weeks. The storm has really taken its toll on people. Please take a break and join us in community to help reset and balance your nervous system. You will hear the beautiful sounds of the quartz crystal bowls, chimes, Native American flute, rain stick and other instruments. You can either lie down or sit in a chair. Whatever is comfortable for you.

When: November 20, 2024 (Wednesday) from 6:30-7:30pm

Where: The Lofts at Reynolds Village Clubhouse
 42 Senator Reynolds Road, Asheville NC

We are just up the hill from the Village Porch Restaurant. Entrance is on the other side of the building near the parking lot. Plenty of space to park. If you haven't been here before please come early. People sometimes get lost. Look for Sound Bath sign on the door.

Cost: Free

What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket and anything you need to be comfortable on the floor. We do have some chairs also. \*Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled in. Please be on time as we start at 6:30pm and it disrupts the group if you are late. Doors are locked at 6:30pm.
