Evening Group Meditation IN-PERSON or ONLINE
Details
Led by Founding teacher Ronya Banks or AIM Facilitator Wallace Bohanan, our Thursday evening group meditation sessions will continue to consist of a guided meditation (30 minutes), a few-minute break, a dharma talk by the teacher (30 minutes), and then Q & A/Discussion (30 minutes).
Meditation instructions will be given for beginners.
The session begins promptly at 7:00 pm. If online, please mute your audio during the guided meditation and talk.

Group Meditation Guidelines
- Arrive several minutes early. You are welcome to greet others before we start.
- Turn off your cell phones and other beeping devices.
- Sit in a comfortable position, chairs are provided, bring your own cushions, blankets, or props.
- If on zoom, please mute yourself during guided meditation, and talk, and then unmute yourself to share during the discussion.
