Breathwork for transition, release, integration, and embodiment.
As the flowers continue to bloom, so do we. We are ever-evolving and changing, and as we do, breathwork is a beautiful way to help sluff off the old, the stagnant, and the ready-to-move-on energy (and versions. of ourselves)! Join us as we reconnect with our hearts using the innate power of the breath to help us remember who we are. As we move through transitions or periods of stagnancy, breathwork can help us shift our perspective by bringing out emotions, shedding light on old patterns, and freeing our minds and bodies of constriction. Please join us in this beautiful space to help illuminate the darkness transmute and transform.
{We'll gather, I'll share instructions and there will be space for questions, then I will guide you all in the breathing process for an hour, then there will be more space to share and process afterward plus tea and possibly a healthy snack- feel free to bring a snack to share if desired}
Conscious Breathwork can look and feel like a lot of different things, including but not limited to cathartic emotional release, body movement, subtle, or intense physical sensations, and relaxed or energized states. One often can enter into an altered state of consciousness. This is a safe and supported way to tap into the spiritual realm, reconnect with your body and soul, and integrate it all simultaneously.

About Meg Krug - Sound Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, End of Life Doula
Meg is a teacher, an international traveler, a storyteller, a lover of heart connections, and a gentle witness to all. She shows up to support and encourage awareness and self-love. She has led Sound Journeys from NY to Colorado and teaches breathwork in groups, 1:1, remotely, in retreats, and likes to play in the elemental, shamanic, and energetic realms.
Meg loves to play in the Sound Healing space when she's not teaching Breathwork. Her most recent passion is caring for those who are dying and their families as an End-of-Life Doula. She has years of experience in the plant medicine world and walks forth as a steward of the earth.
She apprenticed with sound healing teacher Lea Garnier in Woodstock New York for two years, collaborating on various events while attending sound sealing school (Sage Academy of Sound) as well. She then moved back to Colorado and formed a team first with artist and bodyworker Scott Pridgin and then later mentored ceramicist and community arts leader Leah Brenner who became the third member. They led monthly sound journeys outside of Boulder for two years before Meg moved to Asheville, NC. Find her at https://www.megkrug.com/

About David Heiss - Evolutionary Astrologer, Sound Alchemist
David discovered the healing vibration of Gongs in 2012 after a powerful spontaneous Kundalini Awakening and has ever since been drawn to Self-Discovery by Knowing "Thy-Self". Convinced that the stars are inside of us, he uses sound and evolutionary astrology to discover who we are and why we are here. Since 2015, David has dedicated his life to Self-Discovery using astrology and sound alchemy though blending unique sounds with instruments including many gongs, crystal bowls, and other abstract sounding pieces creating a abstract symphony of sound overtones to create a healing restorative experience. He relocated from Hawaii to Asheville, NC in 2022
“When the gong sings, you listen. You listen listens with every cell of your body. You hear it and feel it. You begin to sense more. The obscure sounds leave your brain guessing and eventually surrenders to the soundwave as you begin to relax, feel and heal. The vibrational frequencies can awaken stagnant energy. The experience is like a personal dream. There are moments during a gong meditation where the subconscious can become more conscious, where illumination and insight follows” David Heiss
