We will start with coffee at Hypergoat, a new and cozy coffee shop in Old Town Alexandria … I’m really picky about my coffee, but I think Hypergoat may be the best coffee shop in the DMV! (5.0 Rating on Google

After coffee, we will have lunch at Sundara, a new Indian restaurant, about a half mile away. Their previous Arlington location also had a 5.0 rating!

After lunch, for anyone who still has energy, we can walk around Old Town for a bit (Old Town is gorgeous, and was actually named the most romantic town in America!)

No need to dress up for this one … we’ll start by grabbing coffee at Gute Leute, a fantastic and creative Korean coffeeshop, known for their “Bubble Espresso” and coffee flights. Then, once caffeinated, we will head over to Hot Lola’s, a Filipino-inspired fried chicken stand in the Ballston Mall’s new food court. The fried chicken there is mind-blowing, and depending on how you order it, mouth-blisteringly spicy! A lot of you like to brag about how spicy you can eat… let’s see!

Join us as we check out 2 of the best spots in Annandale! We will start at Soricha Tea and Theater, a husband and wife-run Korean tea house. Highlights include their amazing matcha and hojicha drinks and bingsoos (Korean shaved ice). Around 4:30 pm, we’ll head over to A & J Chinese restaurant, on Washingtonian’s list of the 100 Very Best of 2024!
