Join for a 3.3 mile trot ... from Astoria Park, along 30th Avenue, Steinway Street, Ditmars, 24th Avenue, and back.

Runners are welcome to select their own turnaround point to to peel off or a shorter overall distance.

Typical paces are 9:00 - 10:30 min/mile. On a treadmill that's around 6.7 - 5.7 mph.

All running speeds are welcome !! Leave no runner behind !
