Helping the homeless - Monthly Giveaway

Please note that only the date is set in stone. Check back a few days before the giveaway for details about the time and location. Setup for the giveaway will probably be at 8:45 at "The Wall" (164 Phifer Avenue / Montford Point Street) so the giveaway can begin at 9:00. Some of us will meet at the storage unit at 8:15. But stand by to see if that changes.

In this event, Charlotte Atheists & Agnostics partners with Atheists Helping the Homeless to give toiletries and clothing to the our neighbors in need in Charlotte. Volunteers can help serve food, set up and distribute clothing, help people pack bags with supplies, and set up/tear down. Its a good way to give back to the community and engage with the homeless in Charlotte to see that they are just regular people.
