Reiki Level 1 is the first step in learning Reiki, a self-care practice that involves understanding the flow of energy and how to use it for healing. In our Reiki level 1 workshop learn:
- The history of Reiki and how it has evolved over time
- The principles of Reiki and how it works
- The basic hand positions for performing Reiki
- The chakras, auras, and meridians, and how to visualize their location
- Reiki treatments, such as chair, standing, and table treatments
Reiki Level 1 is suitable for a variety of people, including:
healthcare professionals, alternative medicine practitioners, spiritual seekers, caregivers, curious learners, and community workers.
