Reiki Level 2 Work Shop @ Athnic with Mona

Reiki Level 2 builds on the skills and knowledge learned in Level 1 to teach students how to provide effective Reiki treatments:

• Attunement: Students receive a Level 2 attunement, which opens the heart chakra and expands energy channels.
• Reiki symbols: Students learn how to use Reiki symbols to connect to universal energy and draw on their qualities.
• Distance Reiki: Students learn how to send healing energy to people remotely, regardless of location.
• Self-treatment: Students learn how to practice Reiki on themselves.
• Group practice: Students participate in group discussions and practice with classmates.
