Tennis w/ the Tribe @ Sewell Mill Park

Please bring three tennis balls (a new can would be nice and I suggest writing your name in marker on them). If you can't bring any tennis balls that is fine, I have a bunch of new ones.

Please bring your own tennis racquet, tennis shoes, wear sporty clothing, bring a towel, A LOT of water, A LOT of ice. I will also have you all running. If you hit the ball into the net you will have to get the ball and pass it along to your partner and then run back to the base line within five seconds. I will tell you what the base line is. No more than TWO bounces to hit the ball, if you let it bounce three or more times then you have to do five push ups & run and get all the other balls that are around the court :) Sweat it out!!!!
