We have accumulated a brilliant bunch of like minded people who will make you feel most welcome. We meet for a mix of socialising and learning with the focus on a different aspect of happiness each week.
Arrive early and have a coffee with the other members or feel free to stay back afterwards but be ready and seated for a 10am start.

If gratitude is feeling a positive emotion because of what we have and what others have done for us it is in a way the opposite of regret and resentment which is an uncomfortable feeling because of what we don't have or what others didn't do. How can we have more gratitude and less regret? Let's talk about that

The meeting will go for about an hour with a mix of lecturing, whole group and small group discussion. You can expect there to be around 20 others attending, most are regulars and some will be new like yourself.
We meet at the Paddington hall. There should be free on-street parking out the front of the hall or it's a short walk from the Milton Station.
This is a free event but feel free to make a donation if you would like to support the cause.
This is not a business and there will be no canvassing of products or services.
