What we’re about
This is for anyone who is interested in machine knitting.
Meetings are held on Saturdays between 9:30am-1pmish at the Pakuranga Baptist Church; 219 Ti Rakau Drive, Pakuranga (enter from 2 Freemantle Place, Pakuranga)
We’ll have have several demonstrations throughout the morning and will have a couple of machines set up for you to try.
At each meeting we can show you:
All the basics to get started
How to use the ribber
How to use the punchcard system
How to use a knit leader
How to fix and maintain your knitting machine
If you have a knitting machine please bring it and we can check it out and get it running smoothly for you.
This is a free event; with tea and coffee provided. Bring your own lunch
