Join us for Richmond Park morning laps, meeting at 7:25am at the Roehampton Gate entrance to the park, on Priory Lane.
There is a 7-week deer cull on from 1st November, so the park doesn’t open until 7:30am. We'll therefore do our briefing just outside the park, at 7:25am, ready to roll as soon as the park opens.

Assume we'll head off anti-clockwise from Roehampton Gate at 7:30am for one full lap. So if you come in from any other direction, please head towards us, and hopefully we'll see you in the park.

Given we're starting later, we'll aim to do 1 full anti-clockwise lap, followed by a ballet school lap. Then, feel free to shoot off to work, do another lap or go to a bakery. The choice is yours!

Pen Ponds and Kingston Gate refreshment kiosks are supposedly open from 8am, so we could check one of them out... Otherwise, you have the usual options in Putney.

**Route:** 1 anti-clockwise lap, followed by 1 ballet-school lap if time.

As time is limited in the morning, we'll roll out at 7:30am sharp (or as soon as the park reopens), to fit in as much cycling/coffee/treats in before work as possible.

Must haves:
\- Helmet
\- Front and rear lights
\- Warm cycling clothes \(and for the café after\)
\- Spare inner tube\, tyre levers and pump
\- Cash/card
\- Nutrition and hydration
