After exploring the apparatuses and discovering your strength and flexibility in a supportive environment, we’ll come together for a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony. This beautiful practice will help you connect more deeply with yourself and others, creating a sense of community and mindfulness.

Cacao will be provided by local business, Lyfe Elixirs.
