Welcome to the Austin Parents of Complex Adolescents and Teens Group! This group is psychoeducation based and is not considered therapy. However, many who are struggling with complicated social and behavioral presentations in their kids find it therapeutic to know they aren't alone. Gaining more insight and information can help parents focus on themselves and their own well being when things feel chaotic. I host webinars in order to help struggling parents, so that parents can thrive even when their kids seemingly can't.
