This is a group for anyone interested in self storage. Storage owners and investors at all levels are welcome to attend, as well as those interested in learning about the self storage asset class in general. We are a friendly group that meets monthly and will discuss a wide range of topics related to self storage, such as ways to invest in self storage, acquiring facilities, financing, private lending, creative deal structuring, finding deals, underwriting, operations, value-add components, case studies, state of the market, self storage market trends, investing with retirement savings, etc. There will be plenty of time for networking as well! Whether you are a seasoned storage investor/operator or just interested in learning more about self storage investing, you will meet some great people and learn a lot, too!
