Hike in Sunset Valley Nature Park

Let's take a hike in the Sunset Valley Nature Park Area. This is a lovely walk in the woods, mostly on gravel and dirt paths, and much of it is shaded. There is a gradual climb on one part of the trail, but it is not difficult. You may want to bring hiking poles. We'll walk about 3 miles in an hour and a half.

We will meet in the parking lot in front of the Petco at 5601 Brodie Lane. From there it is a short walk to the beginning of the trail. The Petco is near the intersection of Brodie and Ernest Robles Way, not far from Hwy 290/71 in south Austin.
