Laughter Yoga is held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6pm on Zoom. Log in from home or wherever you are located. Invite a friend or family member to join you from anywhere.

Laughter Yoga is a body mind exercise. We use our body to help relax and quiet our minds, lower our stress, and bring more oxygen to our brains.
This high energy, multi-generational class has an atmosphere for children and the child-at-heart. Lots of movement, imagination, and silliness for our inner child, along with a combination of exercises that spark unconditional laughter, deep breathing, and grounding movement, followed by deep relaxation through guided meditation.
Expect the unexpected.
Bring a bottle of water to drink. Leave your yoga mats at home!

Family Laughter Yoga and Westbank Libraries are infant, children, and youth friendly spaces.
