Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Chair yoga may be practiced seated and/or standing and is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Postures and breathing exercises are practiced with the aid of a chair to draw your awareness to alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, & relaxation.

No Yoga experience needed. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate. Everyone can do it!

Patricia has completed her 500 RYT and Senior Yoga Teacher trainings, and multiple yoga certifications.
