One of the key benefits of Kundalini yoga is its ability to help regulate and balance the nervous system, which can be especially helpful for managing stress, anxiety, and conditions such as ADHD.
Kundalini yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that focuses on the awakening and harnessing of the dormant energy believed to reside at the base of the spine, known as Kundalini energy. Through specific techniques, Kundalini yoga aims to activate and elevate this energy through the chakras (energy centers) to promote spiritual growth, mental clarity, and physical well-being.

Session Overview
We’ll begin with a 15-minute discussion to explore what Kundalini Yoga is and why it can be so beneficial for mind, body, and spirit.
From there, we’ll move into:

  1. Warm-Up Exercises – To prepare the body and mind.
  2. Breathing Meditation – A practice to center and focus.
  3. Kriya – A sequence of movements and postures designed to energize and align.
  4. Meditation – To conclude the session with calm and clarity.

This session is designed to leave you feeling balanced, revitalized and empowered.
