Learn about the Amazon culture and other mechanisms we use to maintain our focus and pace of innovation. Explore how Amazon organizes for innovation by staying true to Amazon’s leadership principles and learn how you might apply Amazon's Culture of Innovation to solve challenges within your organization via the Working Backwards Mechanism.

Our speaker this month:

Keith Archibald - Digital Innovation Lead
Based in Wellington, Keith is part of the AWS Australia and New Zealand Digital Innovation Practice focused on Public Sector customers. Keith’s role is to share with customers Amazon’s innovation approach, Working Backwards, which is used across the diverse Amazon businesses to successfully drive customer-centric innovation.

Keith has been with AWS for six years working in both the Digital Innovation and Amazon Partner Network teams. Keith is also the Sustainability Ambassador representing Aotearoa NZ in Amazon’s global sustainability team.

Prior to joining AWS Keith has spent over 25 years helping customers and partners with technology, gaining experience with organisations as diverse as systems integrators, start-ups, energy and insurance companies, plus central government
