Deep Talk

Details

How deep is shallow water?

Dive into meaningful conversations and explore new perspectives in a space of love, respect, and connection.

Join us for a Deep Talk Event, where we set aside small talk to create a safe and open environment for authentic sharing, deep listening, and understanding.

🌀 Schedule:
🕕 6:00 PM – Arrive and settle in.
✍️ 6:15 PM – Optionally, write a question you’d love to hear others’ perspectives on and add it to the pile.
🗣️ 6:30 PM – Begin the event: dive into questions, share your insights, and listen deeply.
💜 7:45 PM – Close the evening with grounding meditation, free chatting, and long, warm hugs.

🌀 How It Works:

  • A question is chosen—either from a random pile or from those written by participants.
  • Everyone takes turns answering the question while the group practices active listening, creating a safe space for authentic sharing.
  • Between each person’s turn, there’s room for inquiries geared toward understanding the perspective shared—not debating or changing it.
  • Once everyone has spoken, a new question is selected, and the process continues until time runs out.

The questions can be philosophical, personal, or even political, but this is not a space for debates. It’s a space to listen, share, and gain a deeper understanding of the people who orbit around you. The focus is on connection and curiosity—exploring perspectives, not challenging them. 💜✨

đź’ˇ Examples of Questions:
✨ What life lesson did you learn more than once to truly understand?
✨ What is the meaning of life?
✨ How do you define love, and what has it taught you?
✨ To your perspective, describe the boundary separating the self and everything else
✨ What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
✨ Describe a time when you needed extreme courage to keep going while others gave up.
✨ What do you want to know about someone that you’ve been too scared to ask?
✨ What’s the best mistake you’ve ever made, and why?

đź’ś What to Bring: An open heart, a curious mind, and your authentic self.
