What we’re about
This is a group for women into healing, empowerment and transformation of consciousness. It is for women who enjoy the company and support of other awakening women.
Guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda, we meet each month online for guided breath and meditation practices to support us to align with the messages of the season, and with the phase of the moon.
Ayurveda is clear on the importance of aligning with nature's rhythms for our health and well-being and this includes the rhythms of the sun, and especially for us women, the cycles of the moon.
Through lifestyle and diet we draw on the gifts of each season, and each lunar phase, and we antidote the challenges of each. Pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation are a key part of recommended lifestyle in Ayurveda, and adpating these not only to our own constitutional nature but also to the changing rhythms of the cosmos will nurture us in body, heart and mind and support our ongoing longevity.
