What we’re about
This meetup is for musicians of all levels who want to enjoy playing with a group.
Let's get together and play instruments of all kinds (bring your guitar, bass, percussion, flute, keyboard, etc), sing songs (new and old) and hang out. Primarily acoustic, but it's fine to bring small amps if you've got 'em. All styles of music, all skill levels. We're music enthusiasts, not critics!
Here’s our basic format: We take turns leading songs we like, and all are free to join in. Sometimes it'll be a solo; other times people add parts and sing harmonies. Please bring an instrument and 5 or 6 songs you want to play, and expect to have a fun time and a few laughs along the way! (First-timers need not prepare; just come and see if you like it.)
Full disclosure: We're open to members throughout the extended Chattanooga area. Most events will be in Hixson (northern part of metro area). Established members always have the option of hosting at their own locations.
