PLAYERS PER COURT:

• We have moved from fixed court to a proper mix-and-match system to allow maximum shuffling between similar level of players. This means there is no limit of players per court. We shall try to keep it at a minimum but there could be any number between 6-8 players per court on avg.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• If you signed-in, Kindly do the payment immediately (online/via CareemPay) to secure your spot.
• Your Spot will not be confirmed unless the advance payment is received.
• It is your responsibility to pay the fee in advance. In case the payment not completed from your side, we reserve the right to move you out of the confirmed list without any notice.
• Some players prefer advance payments to cover to multiple sessions. An advance payment is considered your commitment to join the event. Kindly note that Advance Payments is non-refundable under any circumstances, however, you have the option to join our ongoing sessions (later when suitable for you) or may request transferring your fee in the name of another player joining our events. No Cash Refunded in any case.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation (Changing RSVP) is allowed minimum 12hrs before the event. This is not linked with any waitlist. You cancel within 12 hours and payment is mandatory, even if we find a replacement.
• If Cancellation/changing RSVP is less than 12hrs, full payment is charged otherwise you will not be allowed to join the following sessions. This also applies even if you RSVP within 12hrs and then cancel.
• In case of No Show, full payment is charged otherwise you will not be allowed to join the following sessions.
• If the event is cancelled due to management reasons, you will be offered a full refund or can adjust the fee in the subsequent sessions.
• Waitlist: If you are on a waitlist and someone from the confirmed list moved out, resulting you to move to the confirmed list automatically, it is your responsibility to be aware of this (by simply checking the APP regularly) and failure to attend the event could lead to the cancellation/No Show policy.
• The organizers/hosts are not liable to send individual alerts to the players about their RSVPs/Payments.

Social Media Policy:

• Your sign-in to the events confirm your acceptance to be filmed/photographed during our events. This is purely to promote the Badminton Sports. If you wish not to be a part of the photos/videos, please alert our organizers team. We shall try to accommodate your request as best as we can. Whatever has been filmed/photographed before, cannot be deleted under any circumstances.

Guest Policy

• If you have added any guest under your name, please identify them with their name and playing levels to the organizers.
• Guest Payment is your responsibility and if your guest decide to cancel within 12 hrs or simply do not show up, you are responsible for paying their charges.
