East Dean - Exceat Circular - 10 miles

A hilly circular walk with great views starts at the East Dean car park and goes up Went Hill to join the SDW towards Cuckmere Haven. Then takes the river path to Exceat for lunch, where there are loos and coffee/snack facilities. After lunch, returning via the path to West Dean and back to East Dean via Friston Forest.

Parking available at East Dean. Accessible by bus. Catch the #12 bus from Brighton Station at 9am (or the Sea Life Centre at 9.09). Arrives at East Dean at 10.13. A short walk around the corner to East Dean car park along Gilberts Drive.
