What we’re about
Join us for a lively and interactive exploration of Balkan folk dances and culture in Dublin and why not somewhere else in Ireland! Whether you're an experienced dancer or new in town, we welcome all to join us in celebrating the rich traditions of the Balkans through music, dance, language and other social activities.
Currently we focus on dances from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, and North Macedonia but get in touch if you are experienced in traditional folk dances from another country.
Regular meetings are on Wednesdays and Fridays, 7.30 pm in Santry, D9. (bus stops nearby and free parking).
Through music appreciation, learning to dance, live music and community exchange, we foster creativity and an appreciation for cultures. Join us to connect with others who share a passion for Balkan dancing and music, and to experience the joy of movement in a welcoming and supportive environment. Let's dance and learn together!
