Join me to see the Peabody Jazz Combos. Students in the Jazz Studies Department perform jazz classics and original compositions under the direction of Peabody’s All-Star jazz faculty. This show will include three short sets (25-30 minutes each).

This free event features talented musicians in the Peabody Jazz department. Some of you may be familiar with how well many of the students perform as they are often seen around town at jam sessions. Come out to hear some of the nation's best young musicians as they begin their careers.

The performance will be in the Joe Byrd Hall of the main Peabody building on Mount Vernon Square.

Join me at a performance which will be recorded live for future release. The Exchange is a three-month residency and performance series celebrating the best of Baltimore's jazz scene, running from November to February and hosted by Brent Birckhead. Each performance will be recorded and multitracked to capture the unique sounds and styles of the participating artists, and these recordings will then be curated into a compilation album, also titled “The Exchange,"
