Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky

Details

For our next meeting we are going to discuss Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky.

It’s considered a very important novel, and we will do our best to read (of course you can also listen to audio books) , take notes of our analysis and share it in the group discussion.

Here is an extract of the Synopsis:
Isolation is the primary theme of Crime and Punishment. Rodion Romanovich Raskolnikov, an impoverished student, lives in a tiny garret in St. Petersburg. He is proud and intelligent. Raskolnikov thinks that the extraordinary men have a right to commit any crime if they have something of worth to other humanity.

See you at the discussion !
