Barefoot walk in Hampton Court Park [Wild weather warning ❄️ - Details below]

Join me for a morning barefoot walk on Sunday 24th at 11am!

We will meet at Kingston Station and walk for about 2 hours in the quiet and relaxing Hampton Court Park (mostly grass area). This will be a good opportunity to discover earthing in autumn if you haven't done that before!

[❄️ Update 13/11: weather is expected to be freezing cold that day. I am happy to provide guidance if you want to experience earthing in winter, but please also bring a warm pair of shoes with you 🙂]

Also, this is a monthly event so no problem if you cannot make this one :)
