Let's play some great hockey and rugby at the indoor pool in Middletown.

Cost is $15/person paid in cash directly to the organizer at practice. You don’t need to be a member of the Y. If thus is yourur first practice, you need to sign the Y waiver and show your ID.

Help unload the gear poolside at 3pm and make teams. We will get into the water at 3:30.
