What we’re about

Looking to get in great shape while meeting great people? This group is for anyone interested in moving better, eating better, feeling better, and looking better. As a group of like-minded people we can motivate, support, and hold each other accountable. MeetUps could include hikes, group 'bootcamp' workouts (outdoors), nutrition & exercise workshops/presentations, or just getting together to discuss our fitness goals and share strategies for achieving them. I'm open to other MeetUp ideas also! If you want to get fit, lose fat, become stronger, and live healthier, this group is for you!
