Bastrop Area Social Club

The purpose of the Bastrop Area Social Club is to create, find, and facilitate new friendships, have fun as a group, laugh, talk, and explore new adventures together. Individuals and couples from GenX to Baby Boomers (but over 21, please) that live around or near the Bastrop area will enjoy the group and events created to share our lives and experiences together. We welcome input from any of our members for fun things and events to do together such as...happy hours * dinners * dancing * brunches * karaoke * hiking * holiday parties * movies * theater * live music * more dancing * kayaking * seasonal events * private club parties * festivals * day trips * vacations * pool parties * sports events *. We're open to anything. Got an idea?...feel free to approach us with new ideas or places you'd like the group to go or to do.

CODE OF CONDUCT:  All are welcome in Bastrop Area Social Club as long as he or she respects the right of others to be different, have different goals, or have different ideas on life.  We promote all the things that bring us together and discourage things that divide us, or, drive us apart.   We do not allow promotion of products, services, special interest groups, politics, or a particular religion.   These areas cause controversy and discontent and interfere with fun and happiness which is what we are about.  There are plenty of places to go for these areas of life, but, BASC is designed to be the one place in today's society free from controversy, drama, and opinionated discourse.   All comments and postings in BASC must be positive in nature and be related to BASC Events.  Let's all get together and enjoy the good, the happy, and the fun.  Our goal is that every member should feel at home and comfortable at BASC events regardless of personal preferences.
