Come along for an evening of bookshop browsing and seasonal snacks/drinks. This was a popular event last year, so I thought we'd give it a go again!

Topping & Company are hosting a Christmas evening. The idea would be to head along to the store, browse, enjoy some of the food and drinks on offer, and then have the option to head off to a pub afterwards. It's the perfect opportunity to look for Christmas gifts, for others or yourself!

We will meet outside the bookshop at 7pm, I'll hang around outside a bit for any late comers, but if I've gone inside and you can't find anyone from the event then search for me in the store - I have half blonde/half bright yellow hair so am usually easy to spot!

Description of the event 'Mulled Wine & Merriment: A Bookshop Christmas' from the Topping & Company website:
"You're invited to join us for a festive evening in the bookshop, with a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie.
Throughout the day we will be offering complimentary gift wrapping, and from 4pm we'll be handing out mulled wine and mince pies to you as you browse.
As always, our booksellers will be on hand to offer recommendations aplenty.
There is no need to book a place to this event, and admission is free, just come along on the evening and enjoy.
Let the bookshop festivities begin!"
