The Baton Rouge Real Estate Networking Club is hosting a Wholesaling Meetup. This Group is focused on Wholesaling Real Estate in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. This Meetup is run by wholesalers who are active both in the Baton Rouge area and in other markets around the country. We are a very active Meet Up. -Our primary goals are education and information sharing. -We believe in a mentality of abundance and are open with our wholesaling strategies and techniques. -We welcome everyone who has an interest in Real Estate Investing. Each meeting features guest speakers and education on critical aspects of wholesaling. Participants are encouraged to share insight and wholesaling tips with the group. Members are encouraged to bring any current or future deals for the “Deal Breakdown” open discussion. Between MeetUps the organizers will continue to share tips and promote education as well as sharing deals with the group. People of all experience levels will benefit from participation in The Baton Rouge Real Estate Wholesaling Meetup Group , and we always welcome those new to wholesaling. We also welcome cash buyers, as members regularly bring deeply discounted properties to the meetings. $10.00 in advance $10.00 at the door.
