Come join the " Bay Area - Hike On" for a pleasant morning hike up Mount Wanda, which is part of the John Muir National Historic Site. This is about 4 mile (130 minutes) hike.

From the top of Mount Wanda, we will have a beautiful view. The elevation gain is approximately 876 feet.

With new CDC guidelines masks are optional but we maintain social distance. Unvaccinated people need to be especially diligent and always maintain social distance.

Mt Wanda trailhead - look for a dirt parking lot on the corner of Alhambra Ave and Franklin Canyon Rd in Martinez. No parking fee. We will gather in the parking lot.

Well behaved dogs are welcome and must be under your control at all times while you follow all leash laws.
