NOTE: Despite the group's name, everyone is welcome to this group. All religious backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, etc. are welcome to join. No judgements. This is a safe space for all. There's only one rule we expect everyone to follow: Be kind and respectful.

The goal of this Meetup group is to bring Muslims from around the SF Bay Area together to socialize and form a sense of community through various activities such as hiking, and meeting for coffee.

This is an Intermediate Hike BUT it is intended to be Beginner-Friendly because we will be going at a slower pace!

Let's hike the Moderate out & back 4.1 mi Zinfandel trail located in Cupertino with 620 ft elevation gain. This mostly-shaded route is expected to take approximately 2 hrs and 45 min (including break time) and offers beautiful views.

IMPORTANT:
Please remember to
1. Wear sunscreen, wear a hat, bring water, bug spray recommended
2. Wear appropriate footwear, it's a dirt path so it may be muddy/dusty
3. Dress appropriately as there may be ticks

Additionally, please be on-time, we typically wait 15 minutes before heading out.
