What we’re about
Welcome! FitHab® Bay Area Natural Human Movement is a group of individuals that want to learn and do natural physical education and fitness; MovNat.
MovNat is a comprehensive physical education and fitness system that is based on our complete natural human movement capabilities, such as balancing, crawling, walking, running, climbing, throwing, catching, lifting, carrying, jumping, swimming, striking, and grappling.
MovNat is an effective, efficient, and adaptive means to train physically and mentally. By doing MovNat, physical competence and practical skills are learned.
MovNat is for everyone and it is scalable to all levels of fitness.
Bay Area Natural Human Movement is the first group in the San Francisco Bay Area to teach and do MovNat.
Our MovNat Certified Trainers are graduates of the first MovNat certification course in the world and trained by the founder of MovNat, Erwan Le Corre.
We welcome you and encourage you to come join us and lead the way in becoming free, fit, happy, and helpful.
Our mission is to help members overcome uncertainties and to build and foster an active lifestyle that leads to making fitness a habit for life; FitHab.
