Mom and Pop Shop Collectibles puts The Bayonne Chess Society & Club in a corner.

Come join us at Mom and Pop Shop Collectibles from 6pm to 10 pm. Meet new people. Make new friends. Test you wit and strategies in whatever games people decide to play. Of course, chess might be one of those, but it's a true gamers haven. Browse the store as it has tons of collectibles. Even has some retro old school candies. Have a go at the Bazooka soda. Yup, tastes like Bazooka.

Bring a game. Maybe it's something members haven't played. We play everything from Skip Bo to Scrabble. Mah Jongg to Monopoly. Jigsaw puzzles..yeah...starting some of those. Who knows what games are on the schedule.

One thing for sure...it's always fun. So, don't be shy. Join us.

If you want to play some chess beforehand, we're also across the street at OJ Macs bar from 1pm to 6pm. Players finish there and go across the street to Mom and Pop, if they want to continue. They pretty much always want more. :-)
