THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER EVENT!!! PLEASE DO NOT OVERESTIMATE YOUR ABILITY! KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS AN INTENSE MODERATELY PACED HIKE WITHOUT BREAKS!

HEADLAMPS AND MICROSPIKES IN THE WINTER ARE MANDATORY!!

If you feel that you may have even slight symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g, temperature, coughing), please stay home.

You should be able to do the Grouse Grind in under 1 hr and 30 minutes to join this hike. Please consider this before signing up, as it is not fair to the organizer and the rest of the group to have to wait for slow hikers. If you know that you cannot keep up with the rest of the group but you know the trail well and you are OK with hiking on your own (in the dark during the winter months) you are welcome to join us. If this is your case please send a message to the organizer if we haven't got a chance to meet before.
