Come for the start of physically building your TOTAL BODY to a fitness level that will allow you to participate in whatever activity you want with ease. We will be building a strong foundation of your body of muscles, bones, heart, lungs, etc. and we will be doing this in conjunction with eating healthy. Everyone is welcomed and it does not matter what physical fitness level you are at currently. Everyone starts where they are and it only gets BETTER! Be sure to dress to workout......tennis shoes, gloves if you like, bottled water, weights if you have them, and bring a mat for abdominal works.
